By accessing or using Bunny Inspector ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Bunny Inspector is a browser extension that helps developers capture page context for AI-assisted debugging. It allows users to:
- Inspect and annotate elements on web pages
- Capture screenshots, CSS selectors, and React/Vue source locations
- Record console logs and network requests
- Export all captured context as a ZIP bundle for AI coding assistants
All captured data is stored locally in your browser using IndexedDB. We do not store your annotations, screenshots, or captured data on our servers. The extension only communicates with our servers to verify your license status.
3. Account Registration
To use the full features of Bunny Inspector, you must create an account using Google or GitHub authentication. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Subscription and Payments
Bunny Inspector offers subscription plans billed on a monthly or yearly basis. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees using our payment processor, Stripe
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the end of the billing period
- Stripe's terms of service apply to payment processing

Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Bunny Inspector to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Capture sensitive personal information without consent
- Engage in any malicious or harmful activities
- Attempt to reverse engineer or bypass license checks
- Share your account credentials with others
6. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain all rights to annotations and content you create using Bunny Inspector.
Our Service: Bunny Inspector, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Privacy
Your use of Bunny Inspector is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use information.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Bunny Inspector is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.
We are not responsible for any damages, data loss, or security incidents arising from your use of the Service. You use the Service at your own risk.
Since all captured data is stored locally on your device, you are solely responsible for the security, backup, and protection of your locally stored data.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Bunny Inspector, its creators, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of revenue, business interruption, personal injury, or property damage, whether incurred directly or indirectly, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability.
We shall not be liable for any damages resulting from security breaches, unauthorized access to your data, service interruptions, bugs, errors, or any actions taken based on the content captured or exported by the Service.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or fifty US dollars ($50), whichever is greater.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bunny Inspector, its creators, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Your locally stored data remains on your device and is not affected by account termination.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
