Refund Policy

1. Overview
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Bunny Inspector purchases. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date — no questions asked.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If Bunny Inspector doesn't meet your expectations, we'll give you your money back.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- Your refund request is made within 30 days of your original purchase date
- You have an active Bunny Inspector account
After the 30-day window, refunds are not available. You may still cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
3. How to Request a Refund
There are two ways to request a refund:
From Your Dashboard (Recommended)
Log in to your dashboard, go to your subscription section, and click the "Request Refund" button. If you are within the 30-day window, your refund will be processed automatically and immediately.
Via Email
Send an email to billing@bunnytech.app with your account email address. We'll process your refund within 1-2 business days.
4. Processing
Dashboard refunds: Processed immediately. The refund is issued to your original payment method and your subscription is cancelled.
Email refunds: Processed within 1-2 business days of receiving your request.
Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Once a refund is processed, your subscription will be cancelled and your access to Bunny Inspector's paid features will end immediately. Any data stored locally in your browser by the extension is not affected.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be declined in the following cases:
- The refund request is made more than 30 days after the original purchase date
- The account has been terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
- A refund has already been issued for the same purchase
